                              RESOLUTION NO. 21391
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 GENERAL SERVICES TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH 
                 TWH ARCHITECTS, INC., RELATIVE TO THE CENTRAL 
                 CITY COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS, FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                 OF SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($6,000.00), FOR A 
                 REVISED CONTRACT TOTAL OF SIXTEEN THOUSAND, 
                 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($16,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to extend the 
       contract with TWH Architects, Inc., relative to the Central City 
       Complex improvements, for a consideration of $6,000.00, for a 
       revised contract total of $16,500.00.
